The purpose of this model earthen berm is to visually display a portion of the flood mitigation project in the Long Wharf area, as requested by the community.                         Due to predicted heavy showers on Thursday, Oct. 30, TidalHealth has chosen to partner with the Salisbury Mall and move its annual Trunk or Treat halloween event inside the mall.  The event will still be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. near the entrance to Boscov’s and the performance stage.
