ALL4LOVE, Inc. has officially been selected as a Licensed Partner of Communities In Schools® (CIS®), securing a $1.08 million investment over a three-year period to expand student support services throughout Dorchester County Public Schools.

The investment, supported through Communities In Schools and Blue Meridian Partners, represents a transformative step forward for both ALL4LOVE and Dorchester County Public Schools as the organizations work together to strengthen integrated systems of support for students and families.

Communities In Schools® (CIS®) is a national organization that ensures every student has what they need to realize their potential in school and beyond. “Working directly inside more than 3,000 schools across the country, we connect students to caring adults and community resources that help them see, confront, and overcome the barriers that stand between them and a brighter future. Together, we build a powerful change movement made up of peers, students, and alumni committed to building an equitable path to education for future generations.”

The partnership will allow ALL4LOVE to hire five full-time Site Coordinators who will be embedded throughout the district at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School, North Dorchester High School, Maces Lane Middle School, Sandy Hill Elementary School, and Hurlock Elementary School.

These Site Coordinators will work alongside school administrators, community school liaisons, teachers, student services staff, and families to identify non-academic barriers impacting student success and coordinate individualized support plans for students needing additional support and intervention. The initiative will focus heavily on attendance intervention, social-emotional learning (SEL), family engagement, behavioral support, mentorship, and resource coordination to support students facing the greatest barriers to success.

The partnership aligns closely with ALL4LOVE’s existing Relationships-Centered Intervention Model (RCIM), which emphasizes prevention, intervention, mentorship, exposure, and long-term relationship-building as key tools for youth development and student success.

The announcement also marks a significant milestone for ALL4LOVE as the organization approaches its fourth anniversary in August 2026. Since launching in 2022, ALL4LOVE has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from serving 22 students annually to now reaching more than 630 youth each year through mentoring, athletics, leadership development, violence prevention initiatives, enrichment programming, and school-based support across Dorchester County.

With this investment, ALL4LOVE will effectively double its staffing footprint while dramatically expanding its network of student support services throughout the county.

This partnership represents an important opportunity to strengthen the network of support surrounding students and families across Dorchester County. ALL4LOVE believes deeply in the power of relationships, consistency, and collaboration to create meaningful, lasting outcomes for young people and the communities they call home.

ALL4LOVE leadership emphasizes that while the initial projected investment spans a minimum of three years, the organization is already actively pursuing long-term sustainability efforts to ensure these services remain embedded in Dorchester County Public Schools well into the future.
