United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore invites the community to experience Black Tie & Bright Lights, the 23rd Annual Holiday Ball, on Saturday, December 5, at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort & Spa. This signature fundraising gala brings together business leaders, community champions, and philanthropists for an unforgettable evening of elegance, entertainment, and impact. Guests will enjoy gourmet dining, live entertainment by Perfekt Blend, dancing, exclusive VIP experiences, live and silent auctions, the popular Wine Wall, Golden Ticket raffle, and more, all while helping United Way strengthen local families and communities across the Lower Eastern Shore.

For more than two decades, the Holiday Ball has been one of the area's most anticipated social and philanthropic events, consistently drawing hundreds of guests and raising critical funds to support United Way's work in building a resilient community by focusing on improved health & wellbeing, youth opportunities and financial security for all. “The Holiday Ball represents the very best of our community as neighbors, businesses, and leaders coming together with one purpose: to ensure that hope reaches every corner of the Lower Eastern Shore,” says Holiday Ball Co-Chairs Chalarra & Diallo Sessons. “This evening is about more than a celebration; it’s about leaving a legacy of compassion, generosity, and opportunity that extends far beyond the holidays.”
