The 78th Annual Meeting is set for March 21, 2024 and will be held at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort and Spa. Reception starts at 5 pm and Dinner starts at 6:15 pm.
Keynote Speaker is Wendy O'Sullivan, Superintendent of National Park Service Chesapeake Gateways. Wendy is head of the NPS Chesapeake Gateways office, a community assistance program and partnership network with a focus on conservation, inclusive storytelling, vibrant communities, local economies and equitable access to the outdoors across the full 41-million-acre Chesapeake watershed. The event offers a unique opportunity for members to celebrate business accomplishments from the past year, and to preview the Chamber’s vision for the upcoming year. You will get to meet the officers for 2024 and new Board Members while celebrating and thanking out going Board Members.
Each year, the Chamber recognizes the work of the past year’s Board and introduces its incoming Board members and Chairman. The C Robert “Bob” Spedden Service Award is presented to the individual that has best demonstrated a passion for the area most like Bob’s.
