    — The Maryland Capital Enterprises (MCE) Women’s Business Center
    (WBC) is pleased to announce its March 2026 Business Training Series, offering a full
    month of no-cost webinars and a hands-on creative workshop designed to help
    entrepreneurs start, grow, and strengthen their businesses. All webinars are free and open to
    the public, and everyone is welcome.

    The MCE Women’s Business Center is committed to empowering entrepreneurs—especially
    women and those from underserved communities—by providing training, counseling, and
    access to capital that supports sustainable business growth across the Eastern Shore of
    Maryland and beyond.

    Join local jewelry designer Vastina Omosebi, owner of Omosebi Jewelry Designs, for a fun
    and inspiring evening of creativity. Participants will create a pair of earrings or a bracelet
    while learning design techniques in a welcoming environment. Refreshments provided.
