TidalHealth is pleased to announce that Genevieve Luzano, physical therapist at TidalHealth Nanticoke in Seaford, Delaware, is the April 2026 recipient of the Marc McDonald Award.
Luzano was recognized by a TidalHealth team member for her professionalism, compassion and commitment to the healing and well-being of TidalHealth’s patients:
“Genevieve truly embodies the spirit and dedication that the Marc McDonald Service Award was created to recognize. She is compassionate and deeply committed to her patients, consistently taking the time to educate not only them but their families as well.
Genevieve goes above and beyond thin supporting her colleagues. She is professional, empathetic, and collaborates effectively with the entire care team. Genevieve is an asset to the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department and exemplifies the mission and values of TidalHealth.”
The Marc McDonald Award is given to TidalHealth team members in the fields of physical, occupational and speech therapy in recognition and memory of Marc McDonald, an outstanding lead physical therapist at TidalHealth Nanticoke in Seaford, Delaware. He passed unexpectedly in 2022, but not before leaving a legacy of exceptional patient care.
