The resort will offer an extensive holiday buffet pairing Thanksgiving classics with regional specialties in its scenic Water’s Edge Grill.

The Thanksgiving buffet will be available on Thursday, November 26 between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. The menu will feature multiple starter dishes including artisanal breads, a Chapel Creamery cheese display, and an assortment of salami and cured meats, as well as butternut squash bisque and a selection of seasonal salads.

A carving station will offer herb-roasted beef striploin with porcini au jus, roasted Amish organic turkey with brown gravy and orange cranberry sauce, and maple bourbon-glazed heritage ham with pickled mustard seed crème fraiche. Accompaniments include roasted green beans, corn bread and traditional stuffings, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and Choptank deviled eggs topped with J.M. Clayton crabmeat.

The holiday buffet will also showcase Eastern Shore favorites including pastrami-smoked salmon, crab legs, and Chesapeake oysters on the half shell served with Szechuan peppercorn mignonette, house-made hot sauce, and horseradish. A dedicated children’s buffet will feature popcorn chicken, tater tots, macaroni and cheese, and other favorites.

To conclude the dining experience, guests can enjoy an assortment of house-made desserts including apple tarts with Calvados glaze, carrot cake with cream cheese mousse, sweet potato tarts with toasted meringue, cranberry orange cobbler, and chocolate mulled-spiced crème brulee.
