SALISBURY — TidalHealth Peninsula Regional is pleased to announce that Sunshine Ward is its 2nd Quarter 2025 Monarch Award recipient.
Ward consistently goes above and beyond in her role as an inpatient phlebotomy technician. Although she works part-time, she makes herself available to cover callouts and urgent staffing needs. Her dedication and flexibility make her an invaluable part of the team.
Ward is known for her speed and efficiency, consistently delivering high-quality work with remarkable accuracy. She is respected and appreciated by both her peers and patients, many of whom specifically request her for her gentle approach and kind demeanor.
Her positive attitude and warm personality brighten the department and uplift everyone around her. Ward truly exemplifies the values TidalHealth strives to uphold, and it is an honor to recognize her as this quarter’s Monarch Award recipient.
