    NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE


    A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for December 11, 2025, at 10:00 am, via virtual platform, concerning Maryland Blue Crab Solar & Storage LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission to construct a 100 MW solar electric generating facility with a 25 MW battery energy storage system and a 69 kV Transmission line on Linkwood Road near Linkwood in Dorchester County, Maryland.

    Anyone wishing to view the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge’s (PULJ) YouTube Channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. The purpose of the pre-hearing conference is for the PULJ to establish a procedural schedule for the case and consider any preliminary matters, including any petitions to intervene.

    Petitions to intervene must be filed by Wednesday December 3, 2025, and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us or by first class mail to the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9782. The Commission encourages the parties to use the Commission’s e-file system for filing.
