Dr. Angela Brittingham, MSN, RN, CEN, CPEN, NEA-BC, CPHQ, Vice President of Patient Care Services & Chief Nursing Executive for TidalHealth, recently announced the hiring of Justin P. Giles as the health system’s Director of Patient Experience.
Giles, who joins TidalHealth from Target of Salisbury where he was the Executive Team Lead of Logistics and General Merchandise, will now be responsible for working closely with the TidalHealth Executive Suite and other health system leaders to drive and foster a culture of patient and family centered care and service excellence.
He holds a BS in History and Secondary Education plus a Masters in Educational Administration from Salisbury University. Giles has also been an Assistant Principal in the Dorchester County School System and an educator in both Talbot and Somerset Counties. He’s been a guest lecturer at his alma matter on “Career Building and Workforce Preparedness” and is a previous multiple leadership award winner at Target.
