Get ready for Pleasant Holidays to come for 2026

Planning your decorating ideas for the holidays? Making your Christmas list? The “Pleasant Holidays Tricky Tray” is a great place to begin! The third annual event will be held at Pleasant Day Medical Adult Day Care on Sunday, November 22, at 2474 Cambridge Beltway, from 2-4 p.m.

Handmade wreaths will be featured as well as centerpieces and tabletop trees. Gift certificates, gift baskets and items donated by area businesses will accompany the selection of handcrafted items. A sheet of 20 tickets costs $5.

Pleasant Day Medical Adult Day Care provides an environment to allow people to remain as independent as they can for as long as possible. Nursing care, under a physician’s direction, increases the quality of life for participants by allowing them to remain at home or with family members longer.

The fund-raising goal is to make the holidays brighter for Pleasant Day participants. As the holidays near, participants make a “wish list” and Santa brings each one a wrapped gift from their list. Donations also provide a traditional Christmas dinner as well as helping fund the annual trip to the Ocean City boardwalk.
