Renovations to For All Seasons’ Talbot Street building began in July 2025. The renovations have included fully renovated restrooms, new carpet and vinyl flooring, updated elevator wall paneling, lighting, and flooring; adjustable lighting designed to support a calming, sensory-focused clinical environment; new HVAC units and ductwork to enhance comfort and air quality; expanded Wi-Fi coverage and updated interior signage.

The initial renovations, which began on the second floor, are nearing completion and are projected to conclude in March. At that time, construction will transition to a partial first-floor renovation, to be completed by June of this year.

“These improvements will provide for a much more pleasant clinical experience for our clients and our staff.  The building was due for an update, and these renovations will enable us to serve our clients better as we continue to grow. We especially thank our partners who have made this transformation possible,” states Patti Cannon, Chief Operating Officer for For All Seasons.

Funding partners for the Talbot Street renovations include Talbot County Government through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs; support from elected officials Senator Johnny Mautz and Delegate Jefferson Ghrist through Local Bond Initiatives administered by the Maryland Department of General Services; and the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation.
