Dorchester County, MD — The Dorchester County Farm Bureau is proud to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 Laura Layton Educational Scholarship, supporting students who are passionate about agriculture and the future of our farming community.
The scholarship awards up to $1,000 to eligible graduating high school seniors and current college students pursuing a degree in agriculture or a field that supports and benefits agriculture.
This long-standing scholarship reflects the Farm Bureau’s commitment to education, leadership, and strengthening the next generation of agricultural professionals.
Application Deadline: April 15, 2026
