CAMBRIDGE, Md.—A new marketing brochure showcasing the Cambridge Harbor redevelopment project is now available to the public and is being used to attract experienced development partners for one of Maryland's most significant waterfront redevelopment opportunities.
The brochure, developed by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services in coordination with Cambridge Waterfront Development, Inc. (CWDI) is now available through the MacKenzie.com website. MacKenzie has begun using the publication to market the project's development parcels to prospective partners whose experience aligns with the vision and objectives of Cambridge Harbor.
The lavishly illustrated brochure features conceptual renderings, a conceptual master plan, site information, and details about the project's development potential.
Located along the scenic Choptank River, Cambridge Harbor is a master-planned, 30-acre mixed-use waterfront district that offers a rare opportunity to help shape the future of Cambridge's shoreline. The project includes seven developable parcels with flexible mixed-use zoning that supports a combination of hospitality, residential, retail, commercial, marina, and other complementary uses.
When complete, Cambridge Harbor is expected to include more than 550,000 square feet of residential, retail, and hospitality space, more than four acres of public waterfront parks, and a deep-water port. The development is designed to create a vibrant waterfront destination while strengthening Cambridge's economy and expanding public access to the river.

MacKenzie is leading a targeted marketing effort to introduce Cambridge Harbor to experienced regional and national development firms seeking transformative mixed-use waterfront opportunities. The project is expected to be completed in phases through 2028.
