Sprouting The New Chesapeake Kitchen

Join local author and chef, John Shields, and local business owner of Eat Sprout, Ryan Groll, as they discuss and demonstrate how to incorporate local, sustainable food into your everyday food habits. Hosted by Eat Sprout, this event will take place in the kitchen of this popular local food hub and will include a cooking demonstration, discussion of the relevance of local food, and tastings of prepared dishes. A signed copy of The New Chesapeake Kitchen cookbook and a discount for a future order of Eat Sprout prepared foods are included with your ticket (one book for the $125 couple ticket).
