Please join as at the studio on 4/13/19 for a Yin Yoga and Meditation class. Yin is a slow paced style of Yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga stretches and targets both the deep connectuve tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. During the physical portion of this class we will aim to increase circulation in the joints and improve overall flexibility. After the physical portion of this class, particpants are invited to engage in a Spring themed guided meditation designed to bring release and relaxation to both the body and mind. All experince levels are encouraged to attend. If you practice meditation regularly and know that you require a special cushion, yoga mat or blanket to be fully comfortable please bring those with you otherwise we have plenty of mats, blocks and blankets to share.
