Mindful Movement For Teens
5 Week Session
Saturdays 12:30-1:30 pm
Ages 12 and Up
This 5 week course is designed to introduce various types of movements and physical practices to teens!
Throughout the session we hope to encourage a more mindful approach to fitness and bring a sense of fun to overall wellness. We hope to broaden the scope of what exercise looks like, while also fostering creativity and confidence. Bring an open mind and an adventurous attitude and the rest will be provided!
Week 1: Yoga Flow and Breath Work
Week 2: Piyo Flow and Power
Week 3: Modern and Contemporary Dance
Week 4: Slow Yoga and Meditation
Week 5: Wild Card (We'll let the students decide!)
