Community Yoga Classes

Lisa Marshall will be offering two FREE community Yoga classes on March 16th and 30th at 10am at Anahata Yoga. Lisa has been teaching yoga fit for 2 years and is currently enrolled in a 200 hour yoga teaching program, graduating in June 2019. Everyone is welcome to this community class, whether you are coming to yoga for the first time or are a seasoned yogi! No need to bring a thing except for maybe a friend and an open mind! There are mats and props available for use.
