A 5 week session of Beginner's Mat Pilates. This class will focus on learning and refining the first 18 movements of the Classical Mat Pilates Series. Pilates improves posture and strengthens the core as well as building flexibility, toning lean muscles and evenly conditioning both sides of the body. This class will meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 am and will run from 7/23/19 to 8/22/19.
