Willow Construction’s Dave Marsden Retires from Active Duty Willow Construction would like to congratulate and thank one of its team members, Project Manager, Lt. Colonel Dave Marsden on his recent retirement after his 28 years of service. Dave started his service career by joining the United States Air Force, where he served 5 years. Following his United States Air Force commitment, Dave enlisted to serve for the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, where he served 23 years, totaling 28 years of active duty.
