Administrative & Support Services: Kristen Bailey, Central Stores
Kristen Bailey of Central Stores is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 4th Quarter 2023 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.
Bailey picks up things quickly and does an outstanding job taking care of her assigned areas as well as other areas that need assistance. She is always willing to help her coworkers and has offered to cover open shifts on numerous occasions, including working on her days off. She takes the initiative to work on areas that need improvement in her department without being asked. She sets an example with her work ethic and commitment to TidalHealth.
Professional Services: Joey Monfort, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Joey Monfort of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 4th Quarter 2023 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.
Monfort goes above and beyond for every patient he interacts with. He is always compassionate and you can tell he truly loves his career and helping people. Recently, a patient was frustrated that occupational therapy wanted to work with her because she did not feel good and just did not want to get out of bed. Monfort invited her to sit up in the chair and play Scrabble with him. By the end of the encounter, the patient was in a pleasant mood and thoroughly enjoyed talking to and spending time with him.
Nursing Services: Jasmine Blue, Surgical Services
Jasmine “Jaz” Blue of Surgical Services is a TidalHealth Peninsula Regional 4th Quarter 2023 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Blue has been an excellent addition to the Surgical Services team. She is always smiling and is hardly ever idle, checking on her peers and working with them to provide excellent care to her patients. She is reliable and can always be counted on to do whatever tasks are assigned for the day. Blue is always willing to help and frequently picks up shifts wherever she is needed. She sets the bar high with her work ethic and is fabulous to work with.
Nursing Services: Abigail Payne, Emergency Department
Abigail “Abby” Payne of the Emergency Department (ED) is a TidalHealth Peninsula Regional 4th Quarter 2023 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Payne consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and coworkers in the ED. She always offers a helping hand to other nurses when needed and is known for her contagious smile that radiates throughout the department. She is hardworking, compassionate and provides exceptional care to her patients. She is flexible to help the team when shifts need to be covered and she develops lasting relationships with patients.
