SALISBURY & SEAFORD — TidalHealth Primary Care and TidalHealth Specialty Care are pleased to announce Alysia Mills and Serenity Scott are their Team Members of the Month for January 2024.
Alysia Mills, Medical Assistant, TidalHealth Gastroenterology in Seaford
Mills was nominated by Dr. Ismet Lukolic for demonstrating the values of Accountability, Community, Quality and Service:
“On Jan. 24, 2024, while arriving at work, I noticed one of my colleagues, Ms. Alysia Mills, who is a Medical Assistant in the [gastroenterology] office, carefully and diligently helping a patient with ambulatory dysfunction using a walker go to her car.
Alysia has always displayed compassion and willingness to help, and it does not come as a surprise. However, I simply caught her in the act of being kind and wanted to make sure she gets recognized for that as well as the hope that it will inspire us all.”

Scott was nominated by Beth Pisapia for demonstrating the values of Accountability, Community, Quality and Service:
“Serenity has been an asset to the referral/authorizations department for the last few months. She has worked extra hours to ensure our patient exams were authorized. As we brought on new team members, Serenity welcomed them with open arms and made their work environments warm and inviting.
Serenity helps train new team members and is always checking in on everyone to make sure they are okay and have the information they need. Her hard work and dedication have created a seamless transition for new team members and cultivated a great working relationship with those around her!”
