Bozman and Jones named Team Members of the Month for February 2024

SALISBURY — TidalHealth Primary Care and TidalHealth Specialty Care are pleased to announce Rachel Bozman and Stephanie Jones are their Team Members of the Month for February 2024.


Rachel Bozman, LPN, TidalHealth Pulmonary in Salisbury

Bozman was nominated by several team members and Practice Manager, Florence Daniels, for demonstrating the values of Accountability, Community, Quality and Service:

“During our office's absence of a Practice Manager, Rachel was the glue to hold everything together from an operational perspective. She organized the provider schedule and managed the day-to-day operations with the Medical Assistants and Patient Service Representatives.

She also assisted Dr. Conaway's team with interviewing and hiring team members in addition to seeing her patients and managing her hypertension pulmonary patients. She never hesitated to help the team and provided the consistency the team needed.

Even with new management, Rachel goes out of her way to show united team effort with all leadership involved in the growth of her department!”


Stephanie Jones, Patient Service Representative, TidalHealth Cardiology in South Salisbury

Jones was nominated by a family member of a patient. for demonstrating the values of Accountability, Community, Quality and Service:
