Benjamin Horseman

I was born and raised on the Eastern Shore and fortunate enough to work in restaurants as a line cook growing up. Surrounded by great cooks in the family, the Hughes' are all well known for their cooking talents. We use family recipes in our food truck to prepare our seafood options. We use local hand-picked crab meat to prepare our products. We are excited to be able to share our recipes in our food truck.
