Yoga At The Sail

Join in for yoga outside under the big sail at the Dorchester County Visitor Center. Led by Angela Phillips Thomas of Over Board Paddle & Fitness. This is an on-land yoga session. All levels welcome. Bring your own mat; you may want to bring a beach towel to put under the mat, too. Angela does have a few mats if you need; first come first served. All levels are welcome! Cost is $10 per person — cash only, and a portion of proceeds will benefit events at the Amphitheater at Sailwinds Park.
