IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Bring Previous Rabies Certificate if you have one
• Dogs must be LEASHED
• Cats & Ferrets must be in Carriers
• $5 Per Pet - Dogs, Cats, Ferrets, Cash or Check Only.
