Floating Yoga 8/3/19
Join in for yoga on the beautiful floating yoga studio at the Playground at Sailwinds Park (next to the Visitor Center). Led by Angela Phillips Thomas of Over Board Paddle & Fitness. All levels welcome. You may want to bring a beach towel and water shoes. The launch location has a shallow, sandy bottom.
