This class is open to Adult Caregivers and school age children (ages 5-12) as an opportunity to bond through the movement and breath of Yoga poses.  One to one is encouraged, however additional children are welcome with parent.  You'll be introduced to the basics of Yoga, including stretching, strengthening, balance and partnered poses to challenge the imagination.  Each class will be concluded with a fun craft and conversation centered around the six Pillars of Character. ($20 for one parent and one child, $6 for each additional child)
