Take advantage of this opportunity to learn about effective nonprofit excellence while networking with colleagues from across Dorchester County! The Dorchester County Local Management Board, Dorchester Chamber of Commerce, and Mid-Shore Community Foundation have partnered to present a series of training sessions for Dorchester County nonprofit executive staff and board members.
Nonprofit leaders will learn how to build effective and sustainable organizations through a series of dynamic and experiential workshops, led by award-winning nonprofit leader Rob Levit. Participants will explore mission-critical topics like Program Design and Evaluation, Board Development and Engagement, Fundraising from Mission, and Effective Leadership Practices. Participants will leave with practical strategies to implement in their organizations. Participants who attend all five sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion.
The Dorchester County Nonprofit Leadership Series will consist of five (5) sessions on Tuesday mornings in April, May and June:
