Beginner Yoga 6 Week Session: Morning
Mondays and Fridays 8 am to 9 am
This group will meet twice a week over a 6 week period in order to build a strong and solid foundation of yoga fundamentals. If you are totally new to the practice of yoga this class will provide all the basics that you will need to move forward with a deeper knowledge of poses, and breath work as well as a greater awareness of your body and mind. Reduce stress, releive pain, stretch, and get stronger. This is a safe place to learn and all are welcome without judgement. Please come prepared to move, with a willing heart and open mind. All mats and props can be provided but if you have your own and wish to use them, feel free!
