WSW 22nd Annual Walk for Awareness

Survivors, families, and friends are encouraged to form teams to walk in honor or in memory of someone in their life who has been impacted by breast cancer, or just walk for fun! Join us on Saturday, October 21, 2023, wearing a previous WSW walk t-shirt. Prize for the oldest(year)WSW walk t-shirt and the best decorated t-shirt. Registration begins on-site at 8:00AM. Survivor Group Photo at 9:30AM and Walk begins at 10:15AM. Registration fee to participate in walk is $20.00 per person. Children 10 and Under Free. Must be registered and paid to receive the drawstring bag. Furry four-legged friends are welcome as well for $5 per dog. Each dog will receive a goodie bag, bandana and AYCD (all you can drink) water. Please bring your waste bags and clean up after your dog. All dog registrations will be donated to help Mid-Atlantic Chinese Shar-Pei Operation, Inc. They will be joining us this year at the dog treat table. Stop by and say hello and meet some of their rescue dogs. Food trucks will be available for walkers to purchase lunch after the walk. Lunch no longer included with registration. The 22nd Annual Walk for Awareness will include an award ceremony, vendors, music and food trucks.
