🏆 GIFT PRIZES will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-place finishes among the best children's costumes! Categories include Children 0-5, Children 6-10, and Children 11-16.  💰  CASH PRIZES for Best Adult Costume and Best Overall Costume!  🕑  Costume contest registration is from 2 - 3 p.m. Contest will begin at 3 p.m.
