for women, and diversity and inclusion champion with 30 years’ experience in a Fortune
100 firm as a corporate leader. Annette’s diverse background encompasses employmentrelated
dispute resolution, business ethics and compliance.
Annette has designed and facilitated programs for over 30,000 individuals across the U.S.,
Canada, Mexico, Asia and Europe. She facilitated professional development programs for
Prudential Financial, ESPN, National Association of Black Accountants, European Business
Ethics Forum, Ethics & Compliance Initiative, Rutgers University, Montclair State University,
New Jersey City University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Salisbury University and
numerous non-profit organizations. Annette served as an alumni mentor for Women
Unlimited, Inc., an organization that helps women develop the needed skills and shifts to
become the next generation of top executives.
Annette’s professional development programs integrate ethical and inclusive leadership as
a critical business tool to accomplish strategic goals. She uses her extensive business
experience to help organizations identify professional development programs to drive
employee engagement and nurture inclusive cultures. Annette has a MS in Organizational
Leadership and is certified in MBTI, Civic Reflection, 360 Degree Feedback, Conflict
Resolution and Mediation.
