Oyster & Ham Carryout Dinner

The Neck District Volunteer Fire Company will once again be having an Oyster and Ham Dinner after a long absence.  The folks that have been around for some time remember fondly the previous Oyster and Ham Dinners that were held by the NDVFC as fundraisers.
On Sunday March 7th we will be having a drive thru/take out boxed dinner to include fresh oyster fritters, sliced ham, potato salad and green beans. Taking what we learned from the Crab Cake Dinner in September, we are strongly encouraging pre orders which can be picked up between 11:00 AM & 12:30 PM.  After 12:30 we will offer remaining dinners on a first come first served basis until we run out of oysters. If we run out of the other items, we will increase the amount of items that we still have.  We will have desserts by the slice that you will be able to see when you drive thru.
Please send a check with a note telling the number of orders  you would like to have, include your payment and either mail it back to us or drop it into the locked box on the hall door.  We will be ordering the oysters the prior Wednesday or Thursday. Our oyster order will be based on the pre orders received as of that day.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards the purchase of a new ambulance to better serve our community. As always, donations are graciously accepted as well.
Anyone willing to make a dessert for us, please respond back to this email. We would appreciate those desserts to be delivered on Saturday the 6th between 9:00 AM and about 2:00 PM.
