Dorchester Goes Purple Kick-Off Concert with Uprizing

We will be kicking off the Dorchester Goes Purple September Awareness Campaign with a free outdoor concert with the band UPRIZING.
 
Put on your dancing shoes and get ready for a free outdoor concert on the Choptank River waterfront at the Sailwinds Park Amphitheater next to the Dorchester County Visitor Center at 2 Rose Hill Place in Cambridge, Maryland, overlooking the Choptank River. Bring your lawn chairs/blankets to sit on as this is an outdoor, grass venue.
 
Uprizing has a reputation of keeping the crowd moving with their mixture of funk and R&B classics combined with modern Top 40 hits with a splash of reggae. For more info, click here.

This is part of the At the Sail events. This concert is FREE and OPEN to the public. 
Creative Creation BBQ will be available for food purchases.
