Cambridge Power Boat Racing Association Gala - CANCELLED

We have made the difficult decision to cancel the Gala schedule for April 5, 2025 and focus all efforts on making the May Cambridge Classic Powerboat Regatta the best event it can be.  We realized as the date started to approach that Spring is likely not the best timing for this event and will explore opportunities for a future event to achieve the goal of recognizing and honoring all those that have dedicated a great deal of blood, sweat, and tears to the sport.  We plan to shift the trick tray and auction items to be part of the races in May.  On Friday, May 16th there will be a Tranzfusion Concert and a meet and greet with the Racers.  Then two great days of racing on May 17th and 18th.  We are still looking for race sponsors, advertisements for the program, and volunteers to work at the event.

This event is both an opportunity to recognize those that have contributed to the success of the sport over the years and to raise funds to help ensure the 114 year tradition can continue into the future. 

Food will be provided by Old Salty's and there will be a cash bar. 

There will be auction items and a tricky tray to help raise funds to cover the cost of the May races. 

The event will be a great way to support the races and get a good meal at the same time. 

Dress for the event is casual.

No tickets will be sold at the door.  We need to have attendee counts to order food so please purchase your tickets on or before March 17th.
