In this arm balance and inversion workshop, we’ll discover how to safely approach each pose using modifications and props for maximum results. We’ll explore the physical and mental challenges arm balances and inversions present. We’ll debunk the myth that balancing on your arms requires a tremendous amount of upper body strength. In thisworkshop, we’ll learn to balance, and counterbalance, our weight and engage key muscle groups to find our own personal edge. Be prepared to try new things, revisit old favorites, and refine the arm balancing poses that will allow you to take your practice deeper.All are welcome!
