Advanced Care Planning Webinar

SUSSEX, CAROLINE, DORCHESTER, WICOMICO & WORCESTER COUNTIES – TidalHealth will hold a free Advance Care Planning online class at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

What care would you want if you had an unexpected illness? Who would you want to make decisions for your care? Have you talked about your wishes with your loved ones if you are unable to speak for yourself? Learn about Advance Care Planning, which can help you answer these questions.

Advance Care Planning refers to making decisions about your healthcare in the future, if, due to injury or illness, you cannot express these wishes yourself. It is important for adults of all ages to plan for future medical needs now because a serious accident or illness can happen at any age.
