Yin Yoga is a grounding style of yoga that nourishes deep connective tissues of fascia and supports healthy circulation. This class encourages meditation and mindful stretches for rejuvenating and balancing natural cycles. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes and are all seated or lying down.
