Volunteer with Us: Maryland Business Roundtable for Education

Consider joining the Speakers Bureau at the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education (MBRT) and join us on Friday, October 9, 2026 (9a-10a) for an in-person and/or virtual orientation.  MBRT and the Dorchester Chamber of Commerce have been committed partners for close to 10 years working together to help prepare middle and high school students to become college and career ready and grow the pipelines to Maryland’s future talent.  Join us in-person at the Chamber! If you can’t make it, hop on the virtual link and we will have you trained and ready to meet with students ASAP.

As a member of the Speakers Bureau, you get access to sign-up based on your availability for volunteer opportunities to visit classrooms in your area and/or across the state to help students by sharing your education and career journey and how it has changed your life.

Whether you are a new, current, and/or former volunteer and need a refresher, join the fun. We ask that you forward this invite to one individual that you think could benefit from the training and help students by sharing their story.
