Recovery Works Purple

Presented by: Dri Dock Recovery & Wellness Center,  Dorchester County Health Department and Dorchester Chamber of Commerce / Dorchester Goes Purple

We will celebrate the strength and resilience of individuals and families on the journey to recovery, share the message that recovery is possible, and honor those who have lost loved ones.

Dorchester Goes Purple is the month of September and the objective of DGP is to help break the stigma of addiction by bringing awareness to the dangers of substance misuse and to encourage positive decision-making related to navigating the challenges of everyday life.

Guests will enjoy music, food, games, raffle prizes, inspiring recovery speakers, peer support, community resource vendors, and harm reduction services. Whether you're in recovery, supporting a loved one, or simply looking to connect with local resources, there's something for everyone.
