Emily Dinardo named Wor-Wic’s 2023 Golden Apple Awardee

SALISBURY — On Tuesday, April 24, Wor-Wic Community College's Radiologic Technology Class of 2023 presented the Golden Apple Award to Emily Dinardo, Radiologic Technologist at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional.
 
Each year, Wor-Wic's Radiologic Technology students present the Golden Apple Award to a TidalHealth staff technologist who was highly influential to their growth and development throughout their clinical time at our Salisbury hospital.
 
Emily was selected for this year's award because of her exceptional guidance, encouragement and overall interest in training the next generation of radiologic technologists. The students voiced their appreciation for Emily and noted that she was always warm, welcoming and non-judgmental whenever questions were asked. While gathered together, Emily congratulated the students on their upcoming graduation and thanked them for teaching her every day to be a better tech.
