Please join us at the studio this month on 4/6/19 and 4/27/19 for two extra special Pop-Up Barre classes with Kathy Yorton! Barre is a Ballet inspired workout that sculpts your body by focusing on small, isometric movements combined with stretches to lengthen and tone your muscles. Each class is $10. These classes are guaranteed to make you sweat and have tons of fun! Bring a mat, bring some friends or just bring yourself! There are some mats for use and any extra equipment will be provided. All experience levels are welcome!
