A 5 week long Summer Yoga session for beginners. If you are a true beginner, looking to get back into a regular practice, or just want to revisit some fundamentals of form this class is for you. We will work to improve balance, strength and flexibility as well as reducing stress and relieving pain. Class will be held twice a week on Mondays and Fridays at 8 am. The session will run from 7/22/19 to 8/23/19.
