Beginner's Yoga 6 Week Session: Evening
Mondays and Fridays
5 pm to 6 pm
This group will meet twice a week over a 6 week peroid to build a strong and solid foundation of yoga fundamentals. If you are totally new to the practice of yoga this class will provide all the basics that you will need in order to move forward with a deeper knowledge of poses and breath work as well as a greater awareness of your body and mind. Reduce stress, relieve pain, stretch and get stronger. Come prepared to move, with a willing heart and open mind. This is a safe place to learn and all are welcome without judgement. All mats and props can be provided but if you have your own and wish to use them, feel free!
