26 and 2 is a unique scientific-based yoga class. The class consists of 2 breathing exercises and 26 yoga postures sequenced in a specific order. The class is designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched. The practice of these twenty-six poses will enhance mind and body, relax, strengthen, reshape, and heal you in ways you can't imagine! With a consistent practice, you will see your body and mind progressively expand and transform both on and off the mat!
