Join us for a day of free community health screenings and resources on: Monday\, July 6 1:00 PM   5:00 PM One Mission Cambridge 614 Race Street\, Cambridge\, MD 21613\n\nThe mobile unit will offer free lab testing including:\n\n-Liver function tests (liver enzymes)\n\n-Comprehensive metabolic panel (Chem-14)\n\n kidney function screening\n\n-A1C diabetes screening\n\n-Lipid panel / cholesterol screening\n\n-Complete blood counts (CBC) and other primary care bloodwork\n\n-Rapid infectious disease testing:\n\nHepatitis B\, -Hepatitis C\,\n\nHIV\, syphilis\, and TB\n\nAdditional highlights: Food Pantry and Resource Center open at 1:00 PM Healthy and hearty community dinner served at 4:00 PM\n\nThis is a wonderful opportunity to take care of your health\, connect with local resources\, enjoy a nutritious meal\, and help us celebrate the launch of WellTogether's efforts to build a healthier\, stronger community together.
