DESCRIPTION:The Dorchester County Historical Society announces that this Friday\, July 3\, our America 250th Birthday Celebrations are ON- ALL ACTIVITIES RELOCATED INDOORS.\n\nFrom 11am - 3pm: FREE\n\n1.) Demonstration activities such as flint knapping\, carving\, eel pot making\, and educational displays will be available in the Robbins Heritage Center \n\n2.) Open House Tours of the 1760 Meredith House will be available self guided. Younger Visitors can sign their own replica copy of the Declaration of Independence. Try liberty Tea\, home made herbal varieties\, flavors similar to those enjoyed by our Founding Fathers and Mothers. \n\nFrom 4pm - 7pm: $20 with one drink ticket per person included \n\n1.) At 4pm to kick out festivities there will be a reading of the Declaration of Independence. \n\n2.)
