Please use this form to pre-register to walk or as an event sponsor: https://forms.gle/ViAktAVESsE6sBRS6\n\nIn 2004\, The Mended Hearts\, Inc. recognized a unique need to provide hope and support to "the littlest heart patients of all" and their families\, so the Mended Little Hearts program was created.\n\nCongenital heart defects (CHDs)\, or heart conditions babies are born with\, are the #1 type of birth defect in the U.S.\, affecting 1 in every 110 people. About 40\,000 new families are brought into the world of CHD each year. Mended Little Hearts is there   providing hope and support\, creating awareness and being a strong voice for CHD families everywhere.\n\nSponsor yourself or find a sponsor -- $2 for each 1/2 mile lap in our walking trail\, or $20 for unlimited laps. Donations are collected per lap walked at registration with all proceeds going to Mended Little Hearts.\n\nHosted by a proud Heart Heroes\, Casey Andrews and Jax Sinkeldam\, who invite you to help make this an annual event of hope and support.
