Line-up begins at 4 p.m. ~ Parade kicks off at 5 p.m. from Long Wharf and travels up High Street\, turning at Poplar onto Race Street to Washington Street.\n\nOnce hailed as the 'largest nighttime parade'\, the parade continues each year as a timeless tradition throughout the decades.
